on Australian TV Show "Bandstand"
An ad for a shampoo! Brilliant!

Boston Hockey team : Dirty Water
Yeah yeah! This is utterly cool stuff!
And the CONGO player, whaoo, ultimate!
Don't have the words to describe him!
Can't Sit Down Cos' It Feel So Good
Georgie Fame & His Blue Flames performing an extended version
of their number 1 hit "Yeh Yeh" on Ready Steady Go in 1964
And yes, the congo player is still there!
Well, good things always come in three
I think I heard my favorite congas player
Yeah, we see him at the end of the vid!
Look at the faces in the audience! I'm sure they're bewildered
by this amazing congas player!
Well if you want to see something funny and hip,
mix rock'n'roll with a cartoon, and this is what you get
I think that's a pretty good idea for a mini-serie
on your weekly Shindig!
What da you think?
Movie Of The Week
/
Don't Knock The Rock (1965)
Here's the trailer of the movie
U.S. film. Follow-up to "Rock Around The Clock." Alan Freed, Bill Haley and his Comets, Little Richard and the Upsetters, the Treniers, Alan Dale, Dave Appell and his Applejacks.
A rock and roll star returns to his hometown to find that rock and roll has been banned by disapproving adults who say "rock and roll is for morons!" This is the film that introduced Little Richard to a mass audience.
During a jitterbug dance scene a female dancer is tossed in the air…and not caught! They left her fall in the film. Classic 1950s rock and roll film. Alan Dale, Patricia Hardy, Alan Freed, Fay Baker, Jana Lund, Pierre Watkin. Don't Knock The Rock!
