Friday On My Mind - The Easybeats (1967)
Well you know that "Money (That's What I Want)"
is such a great song,
is such a great song,
so it won't surprised you that it was covered by The Beatles
and The Rolling Stones (and a bunch of other great bands!)
Unfortunately, there's no video of Barrett Strong performing "Money"
but we still have the others
Starting with The Beatles!

Anyway, nice swimsuits!
Well, I couldn't find a video of Carla Thomas and Otis Redding
so here are Otis Redding and Mytch Rider performing
"Knock On Wood" on Upbeat
If my mind is not cheating me, I think they are backed
by The Bar-Keys
Mr. "Be-Bop A Lula" himself, Mr. Gene Vincent!

Here's the trailer of the movie
Pretty psychedelic!
U.S. film. LSD, happenings, false gurus, pregnancy, suicide, and murder. Psychedelic 60s garage bands the Chocolate Watchband, the UFOs, the New Age, Donnie Brooks. According to Dr. Barnett, "LSD opens up new vistas and experiences to those that take it, I believe that every healthy person should try it. This is a way of life: Be More. Sense More. Love More." Dr. Timothy Leary inspired film set in San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury district.
Lots of happenings in Golden Gate Park. Hippies, bikers, liquid light shows, scary hallucinations and more! Susan Oliver, Richard Todd, James MacArthur, Mark Goddard and Joe Pyne. The Love-Ins!
